Lot 86 of 364: Two hall marked silver sgian-dubh, the first with 18.5cm fullered blade with faceted back edge, grey stained, characteristic carved wooden hilt decorated with basket weave, the pommel set with a stone, contained in its pierced Celtic strap work mounted leather scabbard, the upper mount hallmarked Edinburgh 1900 and bearing the maker's mark of TJ, together with another similar, later, also of silver and bearing maker's mark T.E. The former with pinned repair to pommel. (2)
